Join the movement for community-led
development in the coffee sector!
Through our Community-Led Development (CLD) Incubator program, we build relationships with emerging and established organizations in coffee-growing regions of Latin America and East/Central Africa, providing access to often first-time funding for their community-driven initiatives. Each participant organization designs, executes, and measures a community project in collaboration with their community members, leading to increased income generation, knowledge development, women and youth participation in agriculture, greater climate resilience, and more.

“I have felt very supported by TCC and the entire group; knowing that there are more people in the world who want to improve the lives of coffee growers makes me feel that we are not alone in this task. Meeting the TCC team and the rest of the Incubator participants gave me a lot of strength.”

Alumni Network
Our newest program, the TCC Alumni Network, offers Community-Led Development Incubator alumni the opportunity to foster ongoing, long-term relationships with both our organization and other past and present Incubator participants. The TCC Alumni Network also offers alumni the opportunity to promote their community initiatives, expand their business networks, continue learning, and work together to create more opportunities and engagement with other coffee industry professionals.

TCC’s vision is not to impose from the outside but rather to support ideas coming from the community. We feel happy and we enjoyed working this way.”
