The Digital Tool Assessment package includes:

• Step one: Kick-off meeting to discuss goals and stakeholders, followed by an analysis and report outlining the various functionalities, challenges, and opportunities of tools leveraged
• Step two: Interviews with users and software developers to assess internal perspectives, resulting in a report outlining feedback and ongoing tool feasibility
• Step three: Elaboration of a report outlining specific recommendations, organized into must-have priorities and nice-to-have options
